Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management : Maintain and update employee records and HRMS systems. Handle employee documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities. Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building : Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities. Drive participation through meaningful and feedback-driven programs. Assist in building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management : Support the performance appraisal process and documentation. Coordinate with managers for review cycles and feedback collection.
Compliance & Policy Implementation : Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance. Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies (including ISO standards if applicable).
