Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Documentation Executive responsible for producing user documentation and high-quality training videos for our SaaS product portfolio (Vaultastic, LegacyFlo, Ideolve, ClrStream, SkyConnect). The role ensures customers and internal stakeholders clearly understand product features, workflows, best practice use cases, and updates to drive adoption and reduce support dependency.

Key Responsibilities:

User Documentation : Create and maintain user guides, admin manuals, FAQs, release notes, onboarding guides, and knowledge-base articles for Mithi SaaS products.
Training Videos : Plan, script, record, and edit product walkthroughs, onboarding tutorials, feature demos, and advanced use-case videos.
Content Strategy : Develop and enforce documentation standards, templates, style guides, and content structure across products.
Product Collaboration : Work with Product Engineering, and Support teams to ensure documentation accuracy and timely updates aligned with releases.
Content Maintenance : Update documentation and videos with every product enhancement or UI change.
User Enablement : Improve customer onboarding, self-service adoption, and reduce repetitive support tickets through effective content.
Feedback & Analytics : Use customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve documentation quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication/Mass Communication, Computer Science, English, or equivalent experience
Experience : Internship experience or knowledge on technical documentation, SaaS documentation, or product training
Writing Skills : Strong ability to explain complex technical workflows in simple, user friendly language
Video Skills : Hands-on experience creating instructional or product training videos
Technical Aptitude : Comfortable understanding SaaS platforms, dashboards, workflows, and configurations
Collaboration : Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience documenting B2B or enterprise SaaS products
Familiarity with data protection, compliance, or enterprise IT products
Knowledge of UI/UX documentation best practices
Experience maintaining docs alongside product
Exposure to API or technical documentation
