Mithi conducts monthly FREE training at its office in Pune. This training is available for all the subscribers of Mithi Connect Server and the partners.
The training programs are conducted every second week of the month, with the exceptions of holidays/other events falling on those days, in which case the training programs will be shifted to the third week of every month.
There are two modules to choose from, the Basic training module and the Advance training module.
The Basic training module prepares you to manage, maintain, trouble shoot and upgrade your Mithi Connect Server software. This module is recommended for System Administrators and Support partners
The advance training enables you to install and configure Mithi Connect Server and the also configure the advance functionality. This module is recommended for Senior System Administrators and Deployment partners
The modules are scheduled one after the other, with all the topics in the Basic module covered in the first two days and all the topics of the Advance module covered in the last two days of the training.
This allows you to choose from the following options:
- Attend the training program for the first two days for the Basic module
- Attend the training program for the last two days for the Advance module
- Attend all the four days and get trained on the Basic and Advance modules.
There are no charges to be paid by the customer or partner for this, except that you have to take care of your travel and lodging. We could recommend some good hotels in the vicinity where you can stay. Once you sign up for the training, if you desire, we can send you the contact details of these hotels.
