What is Subscription?
Subscription allows you to use the product features & functionalities and entitles you to the product documentation, knowledge base, regular updates, upgrades, new versions and support, among other things.

The Subscription model also ensures continuity in the use of product even in the case of non-renewal of the subscription, except that the customers will not receive product updates, upgrades, new versions, support etc.

Mithi Enterprise Messaging Service
Mithi can offer the Mail Hosting (MX), Clean-mail (anti-spam, anti-virus), Relay and Mail Parking (MX2) services for the customer mail domain at Mithi Enterprise Messaging (MEM) facility, as Mithi has the requisite infrastructure with adequate redundancy, resources and management capability. Mithi is currently hosting the mail services for about 60 customer domains.
Mithi Enterprise Messaging service pricing is based on two factors:
  • Estimated cumulative bandwidth consumption over a period of time (typically one year).
  • Estimated maximum storage space required for mailstore etc. at any given point of time during the subscription.
The Mithi Enterprise Messaging plan recommendation is done on the basis of anticipated mail traffic from and to Internet, keeping sufficient buffer for increase in mail traffic in the near future and spam mails, the average size of incoming/outgoing mails, and the mail quota policy for the users.
