Yes. Mithi Connect Server comes with a built-in LDAP server (OpenLDAP), but it can also be integrated with other directory servers like Microsoft ADS, Lotus Domino, Red Hat Directory Server (RHDS), Tivoli etc. for authentication and user directories/address books.

You will need to install another server, which will host the Mithi Connect Server and configure this to work with existing setup. The configurations could be in the form of DNS changes, forwarding setups, and new clients configuration

Yes, Mithi Connect Server be set up in a High Availability environment. Apart from Mithi Connect Server, you would require a Load Balancer (software) and share storage (NAS).

Yes, Mithi Connect Server can be setup to fetch/receive mails from any third party mail hosting services. Mithi can also offer its own mail hosting service - Mithi Enterprise Messaging - which is powered by Mithi Connect Server.
