How do I update the OS with security patches etc.after MCS has been the installed ?

Mithi has a deep technology association with OS vendors like Red Hat, Oracle etc. and would take the full ownership for the mailing system including the OS and Mithi Connect Server (but excluding the hardware and other environmental factors like network, connectivity etc.). Mithi's regular product updates and upgrades would also include the OS updates/upgrades from the OS vendor wherever applicable. Hence, it would be not required (nor advisable) to update/upgrade the OS on your own.

What changes need to be done while changing from my current ISP to Mithi Connect Server / Mithi Enterprise Messaging?

You would need to change the MX entries of your mail domain from the current ISP to Mithi Connect Server / Mithi Enterprise Messaging. Mithi will provide you the guidance on this.
