Baya, the web client to the collaboration solution, integrates the various communication and messaging channels to provide a unified view of the information to the end user. Each application (channel) represents a unique dimension of collaboration e.g. time is represented on the calendar, resources are represented along the address books and directory, etc.
Baya ties up these applications to integrate the data flow between them, e.g. contacts may be created from messages received, or used while composing messages, calendar alerts are sent via emails, smses are stored as email, etc.
