| Tarun Malaviya: Founder & CEO |
Tarun leads the product design & marketing team. He has a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune. Tarun started his career in 1989 as a research associate at CDAC (a govt.-backed research institute that specializes in research in advance computing). Tarun left CDAC in 1991 to found a start-up called Men-at-Work that successfully created one of the most successful software products in India for multilingual word processing and document design (LEAP).
Tarun has over 15 years of experience in designing software products. He has led the team in raising two rounds of venture finance for the company. He was also instrumental in developing the technology partnerships with Intel, Redhat, Sun, Novell & CDAC. Tarun has written several articles in business and IT magazines and main line dailies. Sunil has a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune. Sunil has lead the product engineering team across three different product lines in the consumer and enterprise category, on the Windows and Java platform.
Sunil started his career in 1989 at Wipro (one of India's largest IT companies).Sunil left Wipro in late 1991 to co-found Men-at-Work which was later merged with Mithi in 1999. His ability to engineer and architect mass-use software has resulted in software created at Men-at-work and later Mithi being used by over 750,000 users. | Aditi has been the lead programmer for the earlier two product lines at both Men-At-Work and Mithi. Aditi holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune. She leads the team for pre-sales consultation and deployments. She also leads the team for process standardization and improvements at Mithi. |
