Mithi's operations are divided broadly amongst work groups for marketing, sales, product development, QA, IT-infrastructure, consulting, implementation services and customer care. Each group is usually headed by a lead/manager. A rigorous selection process ensures that talented and dedicated people staff each group. Peer and management reviews are the key instruments used routinely to promote learning and ensure quality throughput. Members of the team are encouraged to take interest in the whole spectrum of business activities covering product development, marketing, selling & supporting customers, to help develop a better understanding of the customers needs and the day-to-day functioning of the business. Thus also providing them with an opportunity to work on leading technology platforms and business practices.
